Getting started

Caelis is an operating system for AI search: one system that finds what the market is asking, understands the business, builds what is missing, publishes it where AI actually reads, measures whether it worked and improves the next step. Caelis Agent is the operator doing the work, and Living Assets are what it builds. The difference from a tool is that no part of the chain stalls because a person has to carry it to the next step by hand.

No. An agency sells hours and projects that end. Caelis is a permanent member of your marketing team: it learns your business and builds and improves digital assets you own — continuously, not per project.

One kickoff conversation and access to whatever Caelis is meant to measure and publish to — Caelis does the rest. During onboarding you confirm the facts about your business: services, markets, audiences, positioning, and the things your brand must never say. After that, your ongoing effort is approving or rejecting what Caelis proposes. The goal is that you spend your time on decisions, not on production.

First an AI visibility analysis: how AI answers questions Caelis has written about your market, who AI recommends today, and where you aren't mentioned at all. Then Caelis builds the business understanding — with confirmed, assumed and missing information kept apart — and you correct whatever is wrong. Then Caelis proposes the first Living Assets, you approve them, and they get published. From publication onward, measurement runs weekly.

We promise no date, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What we can say honestly: visibility in AI answers moves more slowly than ads and faster than traditional SEO, because the models draw on sources that update continuously. Caelis measures weekly from day one, so you see the movement — including when it is zero. If it stays zero, it is Caelis' job to change the approach, not to ask for more patience.

How the work gets done

Caelis generates, you approve. The content is built on your business understanding — services, customers, positioning, tone of voice, and the things your brand must never say — not on generic templates. Every draft passes a quality check before it even reaches the approval queue, and nothing is published until someone on your side says yes. If you reject something, that rejection becomes part of what Caelis learns.

Universally — regardless of which platform your website is built on. The standard route is a single DNS record: you point a subdomain you own, for example answers.yourcompany.com, at Caelis, and everything published lives on your own domain. It works the same whether you run WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, HubSpot or something custom-built, and Caelis needs no access to your CMS. If you run WordPress and would rather have the pages inside your own CMS, Caelis publishes there directly. Either way, the content sits on a domain you own.

Proof and measurement

From real, weekly queries against ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. No estimates, no "AI-generated insights" without a source. Anything that can't be documented isn't reported.

We check it, not just at launch. Many websites — including ones with their own firewall or CDN — unknowingly block AI engines' crawlers along with other automated traffic, becoming invisible for exactly the searches Caelis is supposed to make you visible in. Caelis checks access daily for every published asset, and a finding shows up as a recommendation in the dashboard.

By tracking what can actually be tracked. Every published asset measures its own traffic and engagement first-party, not through third-party tracking. Clicks onward to your website run through a Caelis link on your own domain, so the source is recorded before the visit leaves the page. If it turns into an enquiry or a purchase, the outcome is tied back to the asset that started the journey, within a 180-day attribution window. Anything that cannot be traced end to end is reported as exactly that — not as a result.

No — and be skeptical of anyone who promises that. No one can guarantee what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity will answer. What Caelis does is build what makes you more visible and more worth recommending, then measure in real AI answers whether it actually worked. Observed, never estimated.

How it fits in

No — it complements it. Well-structured, documented content helps both search engines and AI models. What Caelis builds strengthens both at once: same pages, same sources, two channels.

No. Caelis does not take over your website and does not replace campaigns, design or brand work. Caelis does the work that has no owner today: measuring how the AI models actually describe you, finding what is missing, and building and improving it continuously. Caelis is designed to run alongside an agency — and gives that agency measured ground truth to work against instead of assumptions.

That is precisely why the measurement is weekly rather than a one-off report. Caelis queries several models — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity — in parallel, so a change at one provider does not tip over the whole picture. If the answers shift, you see it in the measurement, and Caelis proposes what should be done with what is already published. The assets remain; it is the work around them that adapts.

Yes, as Enterprise. Caelis covers one business and one website; multiple locations, brands or partners are set up as one organization with the units underneath — not one account per branch — so measurement and learning are shared from the start. We go through the setup together.

Price, terms and data

Start with a free scan. Paid plans start at $99/month with Starter, which gives you the full Caelis workflow focused on one clear priority. The price grows when you want Caelis working across a broader part of your business — more opportunities, offerings, markets, languages or locations. Enterprise is priced by scope. All prices are in USD and before tax, and there is no automatic overage. You can run the scan with no account or credit card.

Both Caelis and Enterprise are flat-priced, no revenue share by default. In select Enterprise agreements, a fee calculated from documented, traceable value can be agreed as an addition, never as a replacement for the fixed price. If the value can't be tracked, nothing is ever billed on assumptions.

The digital assets remain, and they're yours. What stops is Caelis' work: the measurement, the improvement, and the publishing.

You are the data controller for information about your own customers; Caelis is the data processor. We store the business information you provide, what Caelis builds, and the measurements taken, with our database provider Supabase. Content generation and AI measurement use external AI providers, and you are told which. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time. The details — including what is stored about visitors to published pages — are in the privacy policy.
