Customers ask AI before they ask you.
Caelis builds the system that makes a business understandable, relevant and choosable when that question is asked.
A new layer has settled between the business and the customer.
For decades, businesses built websites for people and optimized them for search engines. Now the customer asks an AI model before she even opens a website — she expects answers, not lists, and AI increasingly decides who's worth mentioning.
That changes marketing.
Being present online is no longer enough, and more content isn't the answer. A business has to be understood — expertise documented, products put in context, authority visible — and that understanding has to change as the world does.
That's why we're building Caelis.
Not another dashboard that reports what happened. A system that continuously understands what AI sees, finds what's missing, builds what should exist, measures the result and learns what should happen next.
From visibility to understanding. From content to Living Assets. From reporting to action. From search optimization to AI growth.
AI is becoming a primary interface to the internet.
Being indexed is not the same as being understood.
Being mentioned is not the same as being recommended.
More content is not automatically better content.
Every digital asset should have a reason to exist.
Marketing systems should learn from what they publish.
Software should increasingly do the work — not just show it.
Good AI work is invisible — you notice the result, not the tool.
Tomorrow's marketing team includes agents.
Caelis is being built for that future.
Software used to give us tools. Now it can do the work.
Tool software
We clicked. We configured. We analyzed. We exported. We moved data between systems. We decided what should happen next.
Agentic software
The software observes, reasons, creates, executes, measures and learns. The human sets direction and approves — not every step along the way.
That's why Caelis's interface shows decisions, actions, evidence and results — and the exceptions that actually need a human. Not endless settings.
I've always been driven to make ideas real.
Not just coming up with them, but understanding the problem, finding the model, designing the solution and building it all the way to something people can actually use.
For me, product, design, technology, marketing and strategy have never been separate disciplines. They're different parts of the same problem: How do you take an idea, make it real, and get people to care about it?
AI changed how I build
AI changed how much one person can do.
The distance between an idea and a working product can now be hours and days, not months. Product, architecture, design, code, analysis and communication can be developed in parallel.
It's also changed how I think about the product itself: I don't think the biggest opportunity is taking existing software and bolting AI features onto it. The most interesting products going forward will be AI-native — built from the start around what models and agents actually make possible.
Caelis is built that way: agents, LLMs, automated analysis, Living Assets, distribution, measurement and continuous optimization aren't add-ons to the product. They are the product architecture.
From SEO to AI-native Growth
I see the development as a natural progression:
- SEO
- AEO/GEO
- AI Visibility
- AI-native Growth
Caelis isn't meant to be just another SEO or AI visibility tool.
The ambition is bigger: Caelis is an operating system for AI search.
A system that doesn't just tell businesses how AI perceives them, but continuously works to improve it.
It discovers how the business is discussed, cited and recommended by AI. It understands what's missing and why. It builds the content and Living Assets that close the gap. It publishes them where AI actually reads. It measures whether it worked. And it improves based on the result — a layer of knowledge around the business that keeps developing, not an archive that sits still.
Analysis leads to action. Action leads to measurement. Measurement leads to the next action.
That's the difference between a dashboard and an operating system.
Built for a world where customers ask AI
Sees how AI describes you today.
Builds what AI is missing to recommend you.
Publishes it where AI actually reads.
Measures whether it worked, not just whether it was done.
Uses the result to prioritize the next action.
When they do, the businesses we work with shouldn't just be visible.
They should be part of the answer.

Lars-Henrik Sand
The best companies won't just answer when AI asks. They'll be the answer AI gives.
We're building Caelis for them.
